Windhoek International Airport to N/a’An Ku Sê Lodge

On the day of arrival, you will be met by a representative from your N/a’an Ku Sê Lodge, who will transfer you by road to the lodge for your quick check-in.

Situated in the Namibian Savannah, this 3 time Hospitality of Namibia Award Winning lodge has a strong focus on enhancing the lives of the native San Bushmen as well as the wildlife in the area, a mission which provides for memorable moments for all guests.

Your full board, including activities stay at N/a’an Ku Sê Lodge will be a definite highlight of your trip as you unwind in your luxury villa and soak up the world renowned Namibian wildlife.

N/a’an Ku Sê Lodge

Enjoy another incredible day in the N/a’an Ku Sê Wildlife Sanctuary, the lodge has a large focus on preserving and aiding the local community of San Bushmen, who have been the inhabitants of this land for centuries.

Once you have completed your morning game drive and breakfast, you will take part in the Ancient Skills Academy (included in your experience). This Academy will expose a range of different San activities to you such as tracking animals in the bush, making fire with San fire sticks, learning about which plants the San people use for medicinal purposes as well as enjoying the incredibly special traditional dancing and singing of these people.

After another wonderful evening game drive and dinner, soak up the luxury in your villa before turning in on your last night in the very special N/a’an Ku Sê Wildlife Sanctuary.

After breakfast you will be transferred back to Windhoek International Airport and board a scheduled flight to the Sossusvlei Region, once you have landed you will be collected and transferred through the desert to your lodge – Sossusvlei Desert Lodge.

The lodge, which is surrounded by mountains of sand dunes, comprises of luxury suites with views over the vast Namib desert, your room is designed for complete relaxation after an amazing day of adventure, wildlife viewing and photography.

Activities on offer are: Desert hikes, Scenic nature drives, quad biking excursions and stargazing.

After breakfast you will be transferred back to Windhoek International Airport and board a scheduled flight to the Sossusvlei Region, once you have landed you will be collected and transferred through the desert to your lodge – Sossusvlei Desert Lodge.

Sossusvlei Desert Lodge

Awake on your 4th morning in Namibia and enjoy the incredible service at your Sossusvlei Desert Lodge. Today holds one of the most special experiences available in Namibia – a hot air balloon safari. As the sun begins to rise over the Namibian desert dunes you will board your hot air balloon and be transported to a new perspective. As you fly at different heights over the desert in your slow moving and quiet hot air balloon, close encounters with the Namibian wildlife and excellent photographic opportunities are almost guaranteed on this half day excursion.

Desert to Swakopmund

After breakfast you will be transported to the Sossusvlei airstrip for your scheduled scenic flight, with an option to choose 1 of 6 beautiful routes (sea of sand dunes, Brandberg, Epupa Falls, Coastal Journey, Fish River Canyon or Kolmanskop) to Swakopmund Airport.

You will be collected at the airport by your hotel representative and transferred to your hotel for the next 2 nights. Strand Hotel in Swakopmund offers beach side elegance and sophistication. Located on the Swakopmund promenade, you are a stone’s throw away from the ocean and its tranquil sounds allowing you to rest in style.

Your road transfer will meet you after breakfast and transfer you to Walvis Bay.

From here you will board a catamaran on which you will take a half day boat cruise that takes in Pelican Point, oyster farms, Walvis Bay harbour and Pelican Point Lighthouse which promises incredible sightings of marine life and birds, such as Seals, Dolphins, Mola Molas (Sunfish), Penguins, Turtles, Whales (July – Nov Only) and the ever friendly Pelicans amongst other birdlife, as they come visit you onboard for a photo opportunity.

After enjoying a light lunch (which includes fresh oysters & sparkling wine), return to your hotel in Swakopmund for the rest of the evening in relaxation, and feel free to ask our travel experts to pre arrange a treatment at the hotel spa on your behalf.

Windhoek

As your flight will only be in the afternoon. This morning you will still have time in Swakopmund to do another activity, maybe do a scenic flight up the skeleton coast. Once you return have lunch and then fly back later in the afternoon. The flight will be a 1hr45 min flight, later you will fly to Windhoek where you will land at the Eros airport in Windhoek. There you will be a transferred to your hotel, Situated in Central Namibia, the cosmopolitan city of Windhoek serves as the capital of the country. It is home to an international airport and a plethora of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and accommodation options. The city is clean, safe and well-organised, with a colonial legacy that is reflected in its many German eateries and shops, and the widespread use of the German language.

Departure

On this day you will enjoy your last breakfast overlooking the amazing Namibia Coast before being transferred back to Windhoek International Airport for your onward journey home.
